By accessing or using the Fresh Executive Detail website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Separate written agreements or proposals may govern specific cleaning services; where those conflict with these Terms regarding on-site work, the service agreement controls.

Fresh Executive Detail provides commercial and residential cleaning and related specialty services in the Fresno/Clovis area. Descriptions on the Site are for general information. Scope, frequency, pricing, and eco-friendly product use are confirmed during consultation or in a written service plan.

Submitting a consultation or contact form does not guarantee availability or create a binding contract until we confirm scheduling and any agreed terms in writing or by mutual confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate contact and property information so we can respond and plan services safely and effectively.

Quoted prices depend on property size, service type, frequency, and special requirements. Payment terms are provided before service begins unless otherwise agreed. Late or returned payments may affect continued service per your agreement.

We ask for reasonable notice when you need to cancel or reschedule so we can adjust crew assignments. Repeated short-notice cancellations may be subject to fees if stated in your service agreement.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Fresh Executive Detail and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for claims related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Fresno County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
